SCULPTURAL / SERENE / CULTURALLY-ROOTED

This upscale Unionville condo was thoughtfully redesigned as a forever home for a couple entering retirement. The living room and home office were fully transformed with custom millwork and architectural detailing, including a dramatic double coffered ceiling with curved edges and integrated lighting that softens the room’s proportions. A custom feature wall hides the HVAC system while doubling as an elegant backdrop to the living area. Throughout, a calm palette, layered textures, and refined furnishings create a serene yet tailored atmosphere. Curated Chinese ink artworks reflect the owners’ cultural heritage, adding quiet depth and intention to the space.
