PHASE TWO
DRAWINGS FOR CONSTRUCTION & FABRICATION
We create detailed technical drawings needed for permit, contractor and fabricator execution—including plans, elevations, lighting, and millwork.
MATERIAL & FIXTURE SELECTIONS
We guide you through finalizing finishes, fixtures and fittings that align with the design and performance needs of your home.
3D RENDERINGS & FINAL PRESENTATION
We present the full design with photorealistic renderings to help you visualize the final outcome before moving into procurement.
PHASE THREE
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Following approvals, we coordinate purchasing, supplier timelines, and cost tracking to keep your project on schedule and within budget.
ON-SITE COORDINATION
We manage construction progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality is upheld through active collaboration with trades.
FURNISHINGS, STYLING & PHOTOGRAPHY
If furnishings are included in your scope, we coordinate their procurement and placement. Upon completion, we style the home for photography to ensure your project is beautifully documented.
