This high-rise condo in Toronto’s Manulife building was given a full-service cosmetic refresh to reflect the clients’ personalities and blended cultural backgrounds—all within the constraints of a long-term rental. Without the option for structural changes, our focus turned to bespoke detailing, layered finishes and custom millwork. A refined material palette and bold botanical wallpaper nod to a fusion of Parisian elegance and Asian heritage, while custom bedroom wardrobes provide practical, integrated storage. Art, texture and restraint work together to transform this rental into a personal and expressive home.

  • "We did a very large renovation this year that involved a complete change to the main and second floor. We decided to go with Intrinsic Studio Co. because we felt that both Cheryl and Calvin understood our style, our personalities and how we intended to use the spaces. Right from the beginning, they were very forthright with the scope, the phases, the timeline and the budget. They presented us with an amazing rendering of the new floor plan, the styling and details of the individual rooms and budgeted out all parts of the project scope.
