This luxury townhome was reimagined as a calming retreat with a tailored, minimalist sensibility. The living area features a custom media wall designed for quiet impact—seamlessly integrating the fireplace and TV into a streamlined composition. A restrained palette of soft greys and warm neutrals is layered with tactile materials like plaster, stone, and matte finishes to create a sense of softness and depth. Every element, from sculptural furnishings to curated accessories, was chosen to reflect the client’s desire for a home that feels both personal and timeless.
